I ordered a layered dessert through QVC on 2 Feb to serve for Valentines Day. The shipping label was created 3 Feb and I received the dessert 15 Feb spoiled and not safe for consumption!! It sat in Florida for 8 days before shipping it 2 day express! Their shipping policy for frozen items reads it must be received within 24 hours. The dessert was packed in a styrofoam container with 5 lbs of dry ice, but when I received it after getting a notice everyday that it will be delivered the next day, the dry ice was gone, the inside warm and the product spoiled!! I had nothing to give out to my friends on Valentines Day! Thanks for nothing! Will never order another product from you!

I have never been soooo shocked as when I opened the tin of cookies that I ordered and found that ALL but three of the cookies were in crumbs !!!!! First the cookies are expensive and then to receive them in crumbs is outrageous. Thank goodness they weren't a gift to someone, that would have been embarrassing !!!!!! No more orders to David's and I will advise my family and friends !!!!!!
