I've been using DFW for several years as a self employeed consultant, when I recently decided to move in house at a company for at part time position, I was so happy to see the agency transferred a DFW account. I've used several feed tools and DFW is by far the easiest to use, most customizable and the support is always swift and it's the same people I've been chatting with for the past 5 years. They are super friendly. I used to hire freelancers to help with regex, but even that, the support can help with to make some more advanced adjustments to the feeds. Absolutely great customer support!

Very helpful! Andy explained the steps to solve my feed issue within Data Feed and he edited the feed with a script so that I wouldn't need to apply the fix in Data Feed.

Andy was very patient and helpful. The service took a while to start but it wasn't a serious problem.
