I recently completed my first Behavioral Questions mock interview with Monica Benish, and it was a great learning experience. Going into the mock, I was initially nervous about how to approach behavioral questions. Although these questions can sometimes feel challenging or confusing to answer, the mock helped me realize that there is a clear structure and approach that can be used to answer them effectively. Monica’s feedback was extremely helpful in understanding how I can improve my responses. She asked a variety of behavioral questions and provided thoughtful feedback on each one, which helped me identify areas where I can be more clear, structured, and impactful in my answers. After the mock, I feel much more confident in my ability to approach behavioral questions and much less worried about this part of the interview process. It was a valuable experience, and I’m looking forward to continuing to practice and improve!
