Monisha has been an integral part of making my plan feel personalized at DEA, which is why I joined the program in the first place. She knows the ins and outs of the organization very well, and to tailor the curriculum effectively to meet the goals we set together

The team and the course both of them are really great. I was able to get support whenever needed and most importantly I was able to get confident with concepts

My CSM rade had been phenomenal in making sure my journey was smooth during the last stages of preparing for the JA. He was very responsive which was super helful to me. Thank you

My previous review was after only a few months. Now, I am finishing up my eleventh month of the full year course and about to enter the job application phase. My experience has been great and I'm excited to start grinding in the job hunt. For those interested, I want to be clear about a few things, that the course itself will tell you before you join: you have to be committed. It feels like information overload but in the end you will get it. Somewhere near the end it all 'clicks.' What that looks like for everyone is different, but for me it has been a solid 'no days off' full year. I can count on two hands how many full days I woke up and said, "I just need a day of doing nothing to reset." It's a lot of information and skill building and the imposter syndrome in the beginning is real but when you get to the end- YOU ARE READY. This course takes you by the hand and provides more support than you can handle. In the 11 months I have: - Started with an assigned coach whom I meet with weekly. This keeps me on track and clears any confusion regarding anything. - followed a designed plan to learn the necessary skills - Attend classes on the various subjects - at the end of your plan complete projects which become part of your resume to show you can actually do the jobs you're applying for. - Pass mock interviews to demonstrate job readiness. These will also be on your projects. You'll go into interviews with confidence. - (step I am currently at) Go from coach to a team of people that help exclusively with resume and applications: the entire hiring process. They'll even negotiate for you! I will make a third review after I procure employment. I'll echo some of my last review and say that the coaches are all knowledgeable and great and the staff behind the scenes are great too. It's impressive to see a company as a whole work as efficiently as they do. Life happens and sometimes coaches have to reschedule a class, but there are multiple classes everyday and 1:1 scheduled sessions for whatever topic you need help with. I've never felt like the promise has never delivered. This is the most comprehensive course out there. If you are on the fence- I have been burnt by a course before (to do Cyber Security and couldn't get a job) this is a great place to learn new and relevant skills and change your life. You'll get out of it what you put into it.

The mock interview experience with Monica was amazing. She had really good observation and feedback points to give at the end. I have a lot of insight to work on my future mocks and interviews.

I had a wonderful learning experience at DE Academy over the past year. The curriculum is well structured, practical, and designed to build both technical knowledge and confidence. The trainers are supportive, and the hands-on assignments and interview preparation sessions were helpful. A special thanks to Manya for her constant guidance and encouragement throughout my journey. She went above and beyond by helping me apply to various companies, providing timely support during the application process, and always being available to answer my questions. Her dedication, patience, and genuine interest in her students’ success made a difference.

So far my experience with Data Engineer Academy has been great. Regarding the SQL course content, I'd say it was very well put together especially for someone like me that started from scratch with SQL. As for the Python course content, again, it was very well put together and sequenced. This was especially useful for me since I hadn't worked with Python for about 20 years! All in all, this program will definitely benefit anyone who is serious about learning the content even without a background and is also seeking to make a significant career change.
