The Data Engineer Academy experiece has been great. Specifically, The Job application team do a commendable job in marketing and getting you ready for the interview preparation.

I have written in the past about what a great place DEA is to get a great understanding of Data Engineering and now AI in Data Engineering. But I do not want to forget that there is the CSM, the people who meet with the students and make sure that they stay on schedule and help them adjust as things take longer or quicker than expected. I have a been working with a really good CSM named Monisha Murugan. She has been very helpful in keeping me on track. When I have questions, she will put me in direct contact with the Coach that can best help me overcome my issue.

I started with DE Academy last month, looking for a new and scalable direction to go with my career. The team has been fantastic! The training material is very well put together and makes the complex topics easier to learn. My coach, Ryan, has been very supportive, offering helpful insights or suggestions to keep me moving through the plan even when life has tried to jump in the way. I've been impressed with the dedication everyone has shown to see me succeed! They actually care. I highly recommend working with the DE Academy!

I truly enjoyed being part of the DEA community. Transitioning from a Statistical Programming background into Data Engineering was a significant career shift for me, and the Data Engineer Academy played a key role in making that transition successful. The Data Engineer Academy has been great. It is challenging, structured and truly has shown me that they know their stuff. I trust that they will help me land my dream data engineer job. Also, coaches are very available and responsive when needed to help solve problems.

Cristian is a beast. DE Academy is probably the most in depth program out there. Very thorough. When you're brand new to a subject dealing with that much information can sometimes cause you to feel like you're stuck in the weeds. Working with Cristian directly as my success manager has made me feel like I'm getting through at 1000 MPH.He has 0 lag in action. When he says he's going to take care of something he does it. Almost instantly. Which is my speed! Thank you Cristian for all your hard work.

From my very first interaction, she set a tone of clarity and follow-through that made the whole program feel manageable. Whenever I had a question, whether about skills gaps, scheduling, or career direction, she responded quickly, usually within a few minutes on the same day, and never made me feel like a burden. What stood out most was her consistency. She didn't just answer questions reactively; she checked in proactively, anticipated where I might get stuck, and pointed me toward the right resources before I even knew I needed them. That kind of attentiveness is rare, and it directly affected my momentum. One example stands out: when I was falling behind, she restructured my plan, and I caught up within days; a moment where her support changed my outcome rather than just smoothing over a complaint. She also represents the company exceptionally well. Every interaction left me more confident in Data Engineer Academy, not less. She's the reason I've recommended the program to four other people. If I were measuring her impact, I'd say my satisfaction and likelihood to recommend went from 46.43% to 99.99% specifically because of how she handled my journey. The company is clearly doing something right by having someone of her caliber in this role. Retaining people who create this level of trust and results is exactly how a program builds a reputation.
