This company is a scam. Do not order from them. They sent wrong items and are not willing to resolve saying we are responsible for return shipping and re-stocking even though they sent us an incorrect item. Now they will no longer respond to me...we have reported them to Anazon to try to get resolved...out almost $225.

Having waited over a month for two torches ordered through Amazon. Only one torch arrives with 'Back order 1 qty' felt penned onto the packing list. Customer support very average. Would not cancel and refund the 'Back order' item. Instead, I have to return to USA if it arrives for a refund. The tracking shows the 'Back order' item is still processing. Won't bother again. Amazon absolutely no help either

Ordered a machine through amazon being sold by data alchemy. They cancelled the order 6 days after it being purchased. Claimed there was stock issues and said they tried to locate an alternative machine but couldnt. Looked back on their seller account and 2 lower spec machines were listed as available even though they claim no alternatives were available. The true reason for the order being cancelled that they refuse to admit is, that they mis-priced the machine on their seller account and wont honour the amount I paid for the machine . The true value of the machine which I found out after going back on to search for accessories when I ordered the machine was $6500 not $442 that I paid (£328 UK ) as I am in th UK. I have sent countless emails to data alchemy asking them to contact me and resolve the issue and honour the price I paid for them machine, But after nearly 1 month they still haven't made an attempt to contact me through email or phone call.
