I order some shafts and darts. realized I had ordered the wroing size. Called,ON A SATURDAY, got through to a human being, who corrected my order, sent me a new confirm e-mail, and shipped it that day. this is why I gave them 5 stars. You can be sure I'll be ordering from them again.

Ordering was easy, and when a small issue with my order came up, I was called immediately and offered a solution. I had ordered 2 different sets of darts, and they were out of one through no fault of their own, so they called and offered me a second set of the other (slightly more expensive) darts and also gave me different flights to be able to tell them apart. They are wonderful with their customer service!
