Just steal your money.. never ship product!

My recent dealings with this company has cost me $115.00 that I will likely never get back . After my purchase I wasn't given any kind of confirmation or email . On their site it states that if you don't receive that confirmation within 24 hours to contact them . I called and no answer , emails went unanswered .I tried contacting them the remainder of that week to no avail. I disputed with my bank and they gave me credit but later reclaimed it saying that the merchant had proof of a legitimate sale . Yeah it was legitimate in the fact they charged my account but failed to confirm that product was to be shipped . And how is it they respond to the bank but will not acknowledge my attempt to contact them? What kind of business practices does this company maintain ? They even provided a copy of the shipping information through UPS yet I have never received any of this information. Not one email from any of these people . And they show it was delivered when I still don't have the item more than a month later . I can understand the bank taking their side when they can provide documentation and I can't. Because I never received anything . The only proof I have was the charge made to my account and the numerous unanswered emails . I guess I just had that one coming . So anyone wanting to do business here think again. I went with this company because they are local to me ,just the next town but I get better service from China rather than my own neighbors . Very sad what is going on today .

This site is a scam. I should have looked up reviews before ordering. They take your money n dont send you anything. They are very unprofessional and would never recommend to use them to anyone. Total scam and total BS. Shame on them

Scam company, though their website looks legit. The Better Business Bureau gives them a F. They’ll take your money and not send you anything, which is what happened to me. If you look at the company’s address, it’s in a little house in a residential neighborhood.

I made a purchase online at Dallas Novelty in June and have still not received any items. I sent a photo of my drivers license through the email after reluctantly doing so. They had already charged my card $281 before I did that. They would not respond to emails, phone calls, or text messages. I would not use this business for anything. It’s a scam.
