I’m genuinely confused by this review, as we don’t ship physical products and don’t issue tracking numbers. Daily Price Action is a digital education platform. There are no carriers or physical deliveries involved. If this review was left in error or meant for another company, I’d appreciate you taking another look. If there’s something specific related to your account, please email me directly at [email protected] and I’ll be happy to clarify.

KolnBrit, First, I did not report your review in an attempt to have it removed. Trustpilot requested additional information from you as part of their standard verification process. That is not the same as trying to silence criticism. Reviews are allowed, but they must meet platform guidelines. Second, the insinuation that I would generate or purchase fake five-star reviews is completely false. I have never bought reviews, fabricated testimonials, or manipulated feedback. Every review, positive or negative, comes from a real individual. Suggesting otherwise without evidence is misleading to readers. Third, your comments are based on an experience from several years ago. Since then, the platform, training structure, delivery systems, and community have been completely rebuilt and improved. What exists today is not the same infrastructure from 2021 and 2022. The content cadence, support systems, and overall member experience have been fully revamped. If you experienced an issue in the past, I am open to reviewing it directly. Broad claims about thousands of abandoned members and questioning the legitimacy of current reviews do not reflect the present reality of me or my mentorship program. If you would like to resolve this properly, email me at [email protected] with your full name and transaction details so we can look into it. I am inviting you to handle this directly and professionally. For anyone reading this, the current offering is active, structured, and consistently updated. I stand behind what I offer. KolnBrit, the ball is in your court. Reach out and let’s address this constructively.

I understand that it may have felt that way at the time. There were periods where I made major shifts in how the business was structured, including platform changes and moving away from certain offerings. That wasn’t abandonment, but I can see how it may have seemed that way if you weren’t following updates closely. Daily Price Action has continued operating, publishing analysis, and serving members consistently. If there was something specific you felt was left unresolved, you’re welcome to reach out to me directly at [email protected] and I’ll be glad to address it.

I’m sorry you feel that way. If you paid for a membership and didn’t receive access or updates, that’s not acceptable. I’d like to look into this personally. Please email me at [email protected] with the email you used to sign up so I can check your account and get this sorted out.

I’m sorry you experienced a delay in receiving your login details. That shouldn’t happen, and I understand how frustrating that is after making a payment. Access is typically automated, but in rare cases emails can fail or land in spam. That’s not an excuse, just context. If this was never properly resolved, please email me directly at [email protected] and I’ll make sure everything is handled.

I appreciate you acknowledging the value of the training material. There were periods where my focus shifted and the format of content delivery changed, but the platform was not abandoned and members continued to have access to what they purchased. I understand how changes can feel frustrating if expectations weren’t aligned. If you personally felt something was missing or unclear at the time, I’m open to discussing it. You can reach me directly at [email protected] and I’ll be happy to address any specific concerns.

I’m sorry to hear you feel that way. All memberships clearly state whether they are recurring at the time of purchase, and renewal reminders are sent in advance. There are no hidden charges, and cancellations can be requested at any time. Trading involves risk, and no strategy guarantees profit. The education provided is designed to help traders make their own decisions, not to promise outcomes. If you believe there was an issue with a renewal or billing, please email me directly at [email protected] with your order details so I can review it personally and help resolve it.

Hi Thomas, I’m sorry you had that experience. I take accusations like this seriously, especially when it comes to access and cancellations. There has never been any intention to abandon members or ignore unsubscribe requests. If you emailed and didn’t receive a reply, it may have been missed or filtered, which isn’t ideal — but it’s something I’m happy to fix immediately. Please reach out to me directly at [email protected] with the email you used for your membership, and I’ll personally look into your account, confirm your cancellation status, and resolve anything outstanding. No one should feel ignored, and I’m always willing to sort things out properly.
