Hey, We make it very clear with regards the gates which are completely optional to take - meaning that you willingly initiated the process so your free submissions could be processed! Im sorry you believe we're scammers for providing a free service to connect with people who are looking to receive submissions to their playlists - if you're wanting more guaranteed results, we always suggest and explaining on the platform to check out the premium submissions as these curators have been extremely vetted by the DP team based on engagement, growth, promotion, curation style and branding. The Standard Submission marketplace is simply a way to easily connect with people who are looking for music for their playlists - hence why its free!

Hi, Thanks for leaving the review. The reason you have the playlists and tracks on your Spotify account is due to you submitting via our Standard Submission. Here, we make it very clear that you have to agree to the 'gates' set by the curators to submit to the playlists for free. We do not add any playlists or tracks that are not included in the gates. Before the submission processes, you even have a chance to review the gates to see which actions will be taken for the submission to go through. Also, re searching the playlists on Spotify - the search results differ per person and is heavily dependant on SEO. As the playlists dont appear for you, they might appear for a different person. We are one of the only platforms to have a free tier that contains over 18.000 playlists curated by real people. If you're expected more guaranteed results, we always suggest the premium submissions as these curators have been extremely vetted by the DP team based on engagement, growth, promotion, curation style and branding. The Standard Submission marketplace is simply a way to easily connect with people who are looking for music for their playlists - hence why its free!

Hi Mo, thanks for the feedback. If you could reach out to support at [email protected] we could help you investigate this issue and come to a resolution - this seems like a caching issue which is a very simple fix. Also did you check if the submission were processed on your dashboard? Would love to find out more so we can investigate. Please note that credits do refresh every Monday!

Hi, Thanks for the review. The process to accept or decline is on the curators and if they want to place music. We cannot control if they accept or decline it. DailyPlaylists is simply the platform that simplifies the process of connecting artists and curators! It down to the artists to find the best suited playlists and for the curators to make a decision on the music. Im sorry your experience didnt meet your expectations this time and hopefully I've shed some light on our processes

Hi Nick, Thanks for leaving for a review. As per your emails to us, you had purchased the Artist Pro package which explicitly does not contain Premium Credits - this is all set out on the Pro page available to read here: https://dailyplaylists.com/pro As this was a misunderstanding, I would appreciate you re-considering leaving us a 1 star review - there are no hidden costs and we delivered the package you purchased which is exactly the same as the description on the page you purchased it from https://dailyplaylists.com/pro

Hi, Thanks for reaching out. DailyPlaylists on the Standard side of the platform simply acts as a marketplace to connect with those curators who are looking to receive music. On the Premium Submission side of the platform is where you can get more guaranteed engagement if the curator places your music. I hope I've shed some light on our processes!
