No support. No response to emails and messages. Duplicate orders were sent that included random meals I did not want and could not eat. Overcharging. Liked the food (the meals I wanted, not all) but had to cancel the service.

The Paella was VERY spicy. Paella is not supposed to be that spicy. The beef that I ordered had an pil on it that tasted like linseed oil. It made me sick.

Hi Stephan, I'm really sorry for the delay to answer your review. There was a confusion in several trustpilot accounts and I've just have access to it. I'm really sorry for the troubles you have been through. We are a new company and, as I guess you already been through that process, it's not always easy at the beginning to set up all the processes, even if to be able to provide an excellent customer service is in our DNA.
