Terrible CS
Ordered the 14th with a 3 to 5 day turnaround. Today is the 23rd, I had to send an email the 20th asking for a refund to which they replied the order is processed and I should receive my tracking info soon. I finally received the tracking number but was advised it could take several days yet to be able to track the package. Does this mean it has been shipped but? Or is waiting for shipment? The order cannot be tracked. The link doesn't work. I really really wish I would think about these sites before I stupidly order from them. Has been 9 days since I ordered. Will update when, or if, the items arrive.
