I have rated this 1-star as I cannot select anything less. I ordered three electric drink dispensers for a Christmas present. When they eventually arrived, all three were faulty. Two never worked despite being fully charged, and the third, when it did work, kept dispensing liquid and did not stop! I have contacted customer services 9 times only to receive an offer of 9USD, then 11USD, with a "firm" email encouraging me to accept the offer. When I refused and stated that I would only be happy with either a full refund or replacement of the three items, they ghosted me! Do not use this company, they have awful customer service.

My mom bought a set of headphones that translate to another language on December 3 of 2024. Today is January 11 and still driving in USA and we don’t have a date of delivery anymore.. they’re Fake.. their FB account is fake. They have 6 accounts in FB. I will report it in Paypal so she can get her $$ back. Don’t order from them

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered a digital drink dispenser. It arrived, does not work just continuously beeped and leaked liquid and then stopped working entirely. I sent photos and videos so they could see it was not working. They refused to send a replacement and offered an $8 refund for a product I paid $25 for! Total scam so do not order anything from them!

The worst store ever. I am waiting three month my order. They do not provide tracking number and they do not want return money. DO NOT BUY from them.

Received a drink dispenser and it does not work. It does not stop Beeping or spilling. A month waiting and terrible.

Absolute scam waited over 40 days for my item it showed up does not work contacted them ran through every thing they asked even made the video for them they can see it does not work and the reply I got was it will cost me a lot $$ to return it hoe about we give you a 5usd refund and you keep item what a scam the item was 120usd in the first place Totally refusing to replace item and I contacted them within an hr of delivery to tell them it was faulty

I made an order on September 28 and on October 26 the parcel arrived in the destination country (Netherlands) and now it's November 19 and there is no information. According to the post code of the place where it is "located", it is a residential multi-story building. In support they say that I have to wait or they ask the post office to update the data. I do not believe that an order to the Netherlands cannot reach the recipient in a month. 90% of the opinion is that I was simply deceived. Sad and very sad!
