worst support dont speend money in this websites they only took your money and ban you after

I purchased d2jsp forumgold in november 2018. The site is fishy and they asked for my personal ID in case to proceed the payment. However i got the forumgold but they locked it and refuse to refund the money. At the end they just trying to collect data, and they have an irritating shop. Which isnt one at the end. if you purchase d2jsp forumgold. It is actually a donation. So if you got any problems with your payment you actually cannot get a refund. I refused to hand out my personal datas like ID and the forumgold got frozen. But they had already my money

Horrible customer service. They don't even try to listen to you or even care. They just get rid of you with no response.

So I joined in 2010,after about 4.5 years of d2lod making roughly 9000 fg,I stop using jspand playing diablo.well 5 years have gone by and my son asks to set it up again. So I decided to get us all cd keys so we can all play. So I go to log into my jsp and kept saying wrong password so I and multiple request to have my password reset and I either get no email, so when I do recovery and don’t have access to origanal email I get not enough information to reset password... so after a few months of looking I finally find my password that I had written down on a tablet so I go and try and sign in and get the same crap. So again I do the recovery and tell them my password and they say the same thing, not enough information... are u freaking kidding me. I gave u my password and acc name and approximately how much fg I have In their... so I think they just wiped my account out and stole the fg.... njuager,or whatever his name isis a crook. Don’t trust them..... ever . Will never spend a dime on jsp.....

It is time to remove this forum and create new like ownedcore etc. It's so old, that my granpa set there.

Be weary of trading with mediators on this site. I was stolen from by corgan, a mediator of the site with "trusted" status. He offered 40 fg for a dungo so I replied to his post. He pm'd me the game name so I went in and dropped it in his game by his character's feet. I didn't take screen shots since he is "trusted." He never sent the fg, and he never replied to my messages or post. First time I have been scammed on this site, and it was by a mediator with "trusted" status who has over 100K fg.

d2jsp is a scam site, do not use it. The admin is a scammer, google it.

Absolutely no support. They banned me right after I got "forum gold" so that I couldn't use it. When I asked why, they couldn't tell me. They never fixed it. Flat out thievery.
