This Wallet/Web3 is a scam if you send crypto to it you cannot get it back out. The website offers no instructions the private key they provide is not correct for a wallet plus it changes. (The private key cannot change). The website was not working to get my crypto transferred after several support tickets they gave me a WhatsApp #. From whats app they told me to connect a Trust or Exodus, "NON Custodial" wallet by giving them your 12 word passphrase and the wallet must have "2 ETH" (about $6800) in order to make transfers or withdraw. Also when I checked the eth address for my CypherTrove account is shows it was created months before I opened the account. when you turn on hidden scam transactions in advanced settings for etherscan.io you will see several scam transactions

Their customer service is a gamer-changer! Had an issue with a transaction recently, and their team was on it in a heartbeat knowledgeable and genuinely concerned. They resolved it much quicker than I anticipated. It's such a relief team ready to assist around the clock.
