I bought a belt for a special occasion, on the day of I was putting the belt on and the buckle fell apart, pieces were not attached properly, buckle was very inexpensively made for the cost of the belt. I contacted customer returns via email, I received a message that I would hear back from Customer Service or Returns. To this day 2 months out I have had no response.

Cynthia Rowley is a crook !!!! I returned my online order the very next day . No refund , no one returns my emails with specific info about my refund , can’t get anyone on the phone . This nonsense went on over 2 months. Thankfully I had used PayPal and they were able to get me my money back . It’s absolutely pathetic that I had to have PayPal fight thief Cynthia Rowley for my refund .

I bought a floral top but found it’s too small. Followed its return procedures and paid for shipping to return it from Hong Kong to the US. It’s been more than a month now since DHL delivered it but I still haven’t received any response of confirming the receipt my return or processing of my refund. They don’t even have customer service telephone hotline. Everything is supposedly through email but mine were ignored! Completely disappointed & felt cheated! Do not buy anything from them! I purchased a dress with an option to try before I buy it. The dress came looking super cheap. The material was of a very low quality and honestly the dress just looked ugly. I sent it back the next day and it was delivered to them promptly. Nevertheless, a couple of weeks later they charged me. I contacted their support several times but was ignored. I've disputed this transaction with my bank and will never buy anything from this merchant again

I bought sequin pants that rubbed together between the thighs and sequins fell off and threads snagged. Customer service was terrible, they didn’t care to refund or anything to rectify the issue. I spent almost 400.00 for the pants so I will never buy from them again.
