I ordered and received an expensive dress that was too small . I returned the dress immediately at my expense and am still waiting for a refund despite me sending numerous emails . VERY UNHAPPY !!!!! Jan 24 Catherine

Sent damaged item and wont give refund I bought some shoes on "Sale" they weren't labeled on the website as damaged as I wouldn't have bought since I have no use for damaged shoes. I paid $185 for a pair of shoes that came in a box with a bright orange sticker on top of the box that said "DAMAGED". the sides of the shoes were rubbed raw as if they'd been worn and the color came off of them. They're green so it's very clear where the damage is. They're unwearable. I have called every store, submitted requests for refund, or to send back and they either wont get back to me or they ignore me altogether. WILL NEVER purchase from them again unless of course it's at marshalls where all of their stuff ends up anyways for a fraction of the price. Also note, I have been working on this issue for 4 months to no avail.

Customer service does not exist... unbelievable. No response to emails (3) regarding my order. I will never order again. Too many other choices to have to deal with this type of frustration and time loss.

I tried to exchange an item which was too big. I sent multiple emails as the returns portal didn’t work. I had one poor response and then no further response despite multiple messages. I now have an expensive item which I can’t wear. Terrible service

I ordered a T-shirt and was not provided a returns label. I wanted to return the T-shirt as it was poor quality and did not reflect the item advertised on their website. I paid £22 for the return postage myself. I tracked the return and see that the return was received 2 weeks ago. Needless to say that I have not been refunded and all of my emails have been ignored. It’s impossible to get a response from this company.

I ordered a pair of pants from Cynthia Rowley website on Jan. 1. I did not receive the order or a reply from customer service. It was only until I disputed the charge with my credit card company that the order suddenly appeared 3 weeks later. The pants did not fit and I requested a return label and it has never been sent. They sent a reply to follow the return instructions which I did and told me to have a nice day. They refuse to send the return label. Use caution when ordering!

I am currently trying to return a shirt to Cynthia Rowley - it arrived very efficiently but trying to arrange a return is becoming a nightmare from UK to US. Despite having sent customer service several messages for advice as to how to receive the returns label - I have received no response. I am now trying the e global website bite this isn’t recognising my order number. There is no contact number to speak to anyone- other than American number. There is a 14 day return and the clock is ticking. Is there anyone out the who can help please..
