Great clothes but beware. Two separate web orders arrived damaged and one item was stained. I was unable to return it because it was on sale. Will not be purchasing anything else again.

Wow I wish I had read these reviews before making my recent purchase. I bought a dress that cost >$300 and the quality is AWFUL! The fabric and coloring of the chest section doesn’t match the skirt AT ALL. It looks so cheap and poorly made. I reached out to their customer service and received a reply that included the statement “Please be aware that chargebacks will be disputed and won if they are filed for final sale items.” I have never had such poor service from a supposed designer brand. I hope others will read these warning reviews before wasting their money.

Don’t buy from this company. I bought a tee for $95 and the quality was very poor! It should have cost $15. I returned it timely and they sent it back to me and put a “damaged” sticker on the shirt. I never wore the shirt!! And it was not damaged ! Horrible quality clothing (at least the tees) and Horrible customer service!

I bought a tee shirt which was defective. The stitching around the neckline was puckered which cause the top part of the shirt to look wrinkled. I wrote to Cynthia Rowley asking for an exchange and this is their response Hi Jane! We're sorry to hear you were not 100% satisfied with this purchase. Unfortunately this now falls outside our return policy & we are unable to replace this. The tee shirt was 120.00 plush shipping. The quality is terrible. I caution anyone considering purchasing from Cythia Rowley. They are clearly unethical

Extremely poor customer service. Email contact only - I returned a final sale item and was duly informed it will not be refunded and now refuse to return to skirt to me. So I've paid £169.00 for nothing. Very odd, no response, just ignoring customers.

I felt abused by customer service when trying to return an expensive belt that was damaged and of poor quality. They went as far as to ask me to send pictures of the damage, only to be told I was outside their 48-hour window AND was then told that I would not prevail in a dispute with my credit card company. I'm not sure why they wanted pictures in the first place; just another form of abuse- I WAS a loyal customer- ZERO stars for me- Sincerely-

THE QUALITY OF THEIR CLOTHS IS NON EXISTENT!!!! I TRIED TO RETURN BOTH DRESSES BUT IT ONLY ALLOWED ONE DRESS YO BE RETURNED. HOPEFULLY I WILL GET MY REFUND TO MY ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT. WHEN I PLACED MY ORDER BOTH DRESSES WERE REFUNDABLE. THE OTHER REVIEWS I READ ARE TERRIBLE AS WELL!!!!

Purchased a dress. Arrived damaged. Requested a return request & refund. They sent the return label almost immediately - it's been three months since the item was delivered and I still have not received a refund or any response from anyone at Cynthia Rowley. (I've reached out via LinkedIn also)
