I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased from the brand. I was sent a fedex return label that for a $121 t shirt. It is missing digital clearance for uk customs and I cannot rerun it. and no one will respond to my emails. Sent over 10. They clearly do not care about customer service What a bad experience.

Do not buy anything from this brand. The oversized mittens are very cheap and all the tufts are falling out. I contacted them to get a refund and send the mittens back and I got wrong information, then ignored and a complete silence. I would advise anyone tempted to purchase anything from this site to listen to my review. The styles look expensive but the fabrics are cheap cheap cheap. Their customer service is appalling.

Ordered 2 "organza" flower ties from Cynthia Rowley website...I just received them, and they are very inferior in quality. I have attempted to start a return, and they are refusing to allow bc "final sale". This was not indicated when I ordered them, and $105 is not a sale price bc the same flower ties are listed on Amazon for$105... They look like they should cost MAYBE $25 each...I would never have ordered anything sight unseen if I couldn't return the unsatisfactory product. Customer Service has not responded to me at all.

It's been one month and I have not received the $131.00 top I purchased. They answered my first email with a, sorry for your inconvenience note, with 15% off another purchase, but no explanation. All other follow up emails have not been answered.

Do not order anything from Cynthia Rowley! Their Astro Pants are not true to size! The 6 is barely a size 4. And they will not let me return. In addition, The Real Real will not accept any pants from Cynthia Rowley! They know better! $345 in the garbage!

While the photos lure you in, this is not a reputable company. The customer service (a one man band) is awful!!

I purchased the Astro Pants in green and got my usual size. The legs and hips were a perfect fit, but I could not for the life of me do up the waistband! When I measured it, it was no where near the size that I ordered and was infact two sizes smaller. I returned it. Would not purchase from this designer again given this experience as it shows how they do the sizing in their merchandise which is not true to size, in fact it is far, far smaller. I purchased the AU14/US10. When I measured the waist, it was in fact AU10! For the money spent, not worth it. There are other designers out there whose garments are the size they state. I have returned it.

I am very sad to write this review as I am a long term customer of Cynthia Rowley for many years & I own MANY of her beautiful designs, which I purchased at her shop and online. Let me also state I have NEVER POSTED A BAD REVIEW FOR ANY BUSINESS- I am not a complainer & I just won’t return as a customer if I am not satisfied. I am posting this review because this company has such poor customer service and they are cheating me of a legitimate refund I am entitled to, under their terms & conditions. I ordered a high priced dress- over $700- and paid full price. As soon as the dress arrived, I opened the box and the plastic it was wrapped in, and I touched the fabric on the collar. The fabric was too heavy for me so I never unfolded it - never tried it on. It stayed in the box and I returned the dress the next day, also registering my return on their website. With no email or phone call to me, I was shocked that they sent the full price dress back to me, with no note or explanation. Just a red sticker now on the dress which said damaged. I tried to phone customer service but found out / that is impossible because there is no phone number at all. I called the shop and spoke to the manager there, but she refuses to help because I purchased this dress online. The email address for returns refuses to respond to my multiple emails. If they look me up, they will see on their system that I am a frequent customer who has never asked for any return in over 15 years of purchasing from them. I did not damage this dress. It never came out of the box. And I must now dispute the charges with my bank. Outrageous lack of accountability. Will never buy any Cynthia Rowley item ever again. Makes me sad.
