Cynthia did a masterclass on meditation with my business trading coach and it was great. I was able to learn about different meditations that would support me on a daily basis while running my businesses (I run two separate businesses) to keep me grounded. My businesses both require a lot of emotional capital and grounding tools are key. I ended up joining her monthly Circle and am excited to work with her more!!
