I made payments to Cybil Technologies LLC (IBAN: TR24 0010 3000 0000 0072 6037 16) via SCIE Publications (sciepublications_com/) for academic publication services. Despite fulfilling all financial obligations, the promised service was not delivered, and no valid proof has been provided. This situation constitutes a breach of agreement and raises serious concerns of fraudulent activity.

Horrendous service. They have two different individuals claiming to be "Nathan Bates", who never followed through on services that were paid for. As of today they sabotaged our website making it unaccessible to the public. I would NEVER recommend these imposters for any type of web design service whatsoever. Update: They (Cybil Technologies) have resorted to lying publically even on this site. If they actually had transferred hosting of my website at my request to a new host, how would they be able to deactivate my website and have it disappear off of the internet?

Your website was successfully completed and made live, as agreed upon. Additionally, as a valued customer, we went above and beyond by providing you with 500 extra business cards and 50 extra letterheads at no additional cost, as a goodwill gesture. Later, per your request, we transferred your domain to your nephew, following your exact instructions. Unfortunately, it seems that another individual, falsely claiming to be "Nathan Bates," approached you, and payment was made to them without verifying with us. We regret that this happened, but we were not involved in any fraudulent activity. Upon learning of the issue, we attempted to contact you multiple times to help resolve the matter, but we have not been able to reach you. Please know that we remain committed to assisting you in any way possible. We encourage you to get in touch with us directly so we can address any concerns and work toward a resolution. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we hope to clarify any misunderstandings. Please feel free to reach out at your earliest convenience.
