I regret hiring this firm
Pressured me to pay for their services after only a short time on the phone and a brief email summary of my issue. Paid $3500 for an investigation which they carried out without reading my chronology of events. When I complained the owner Bruce Anderson would not get on the phone with me. Finally I wrote an honest review online and he got on the phone and promised to do additional work. They made me sign a contract saying they could sue me if I "disparaged" them in a review. They did some further work on my case, however they never identified my cyber stalker. Consequently the activity continues. I regret hiring this firm.
