As a business owner, I could not possibly praise Cyberhoot enough for their support. I received tremendous help from C.T., with onboarding. He answered every question clearly, promptly and was EXTREMELY patient with this techno-challenged learner. Many of my friends have experienced Identity Theft, and my handwritten password book was a mess. I had no idea how 1Password could give me such peace of mind. Knowing that just one little password will keep my accounts, passwords, credit cards and more, safe from hackers is such a peaceful feeling. Cyberhoot provided tutorials about phishing and other ID protection. Learning to use 1Password was not without challenge, but persevering was a definite win. EVERYONE should be using 1Password! Thank you for EVERYTHING, C.T., and Cyberhoot!

CyberHoot has been a huge time-saver for me as an account manager at an MSP. The platform is intuitive, easy to manage across multiple clients, and takes the headache out of cybersecurity training. What really stands out is their support—quick responses to tickets and a genuine openness to feedback. They've even implemented a couple of my suggestions, which shows they’re really listening. Highly recommend for any MSP looking to streamline security awareness training!

Cyberhoot's autopilot solution makes it dead simple to deploy a good, functional training for our staff. What once took weeks to plan an annual cyber security training and phishing simulations, now takes no time at all. Onboarding our staff was a breeze with their Google Workspace or Microsoft O365 integration. Our staff really enjoy how easy it is to access the training. They simply click the link in their email, no sign in required. Their video library consits of freely available youtube videos, so there are plenty to choose from. Dark web scans are a nice bonus. They have a hosted GoPhish phishing toolkit that allows us to send simulated phishing emails to see how well our training is working. This works beautifully, but I wish it allowed for the creation of email templates or offered more templates.

We implemented Cyberhoot in our company about a month ago. The implementation process was simple and quick. So far, we have received positive feedback from our team. They like how the videos are short and easy to follow. For us, it's easier to track compliance from users and reach out to those who have not completed the training videos. Cyberhoot makes it simpler for us and our team.

The CyberHoot team is very knowledgeable about the security requirements of IT clients in regulated industries. They are able to assist with all phases of ramping a client up the security spectrum

We love the open, flexible architecture of CyberHoot to provide the necessary security training, policy management and compliance reporting of our company AND our clients.

We've been working with CyberHoot for almost a year. The implementation period was very short, and in no-time we were able to create rich and useful campaigns for our employees. The reporting and tracking of compliance helps us administer the platform and reach out to non-compliant users. Employees feedback has been good, and we've seen an increase in interactions with the IT team in subjects related to cyber security, phishing, suspicious emails and attachments and overall a more knowledgeable approach. I also have to add that Craig and his team are doing a wonderful job, they reach out to us periodically to check in if everything works as required, and they answer very quickly to bugs, issues and feature requests. Pricing also suits are needs and is more than fair to what we get.
