Horrible company

Steve Nash from CyberCoders was the best recruiter I have ever worked with. He was very genuine from the beginning, and throughout the entire recruiting process he was there to help me with my interviews by giving tips and questions to ask. He stayed on top of each step by contacting both myself and the company I was interviewing and relaying information efficiently. Would definitely recommend.

CyberCoders told me “the recruiter and/or client decided to go in a different direction,” which clearly implies a real evaluation and decision occurred. After I asked for clarification, they admitted my resume was never submitted to the client and that the job requirements had changed. That means no client review happened and no hiring decision actually took place. A recruiter’s name was used to legitimize a process that never occurred. This is not ambiguous wording. It is a direct contradiction. Candidates are told a decision was made when in reality the role shifted internally and no evaluation was performed. That makes the application process unreliable and indistinguishable from noise.
