I ordered two bathing suits, and one is too small. I have contacted customer service many many times and no reply to send a return authorization form. I am not pleased at all as I only had 30 days to return, and time ran out! I'm stuck with a bathing suit that I'll never be able to wear.

Update... when i emailed about returning they kept offering me a refund of less than what I paid, after multiple emails, they finally said they would refund my money (not sure how much is being refunded) I had to threaten negative reviews. ** Material is thin. Sizes are not accurate at all. You will get the run around when trying to return. Their return location is Dubai.

I purchased a bathing suit and a top from cyabie that cost me $75. I texted them that they didn’t fit and I wanted to return them. They told me that they would credit me $16. Not a reputable company. Do not purchase from them.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT IN THE UNITED STATES AND WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND!! They will not send a return label and will not credit you!

Don't buy any clothing from this company unless you are SURE that you will not need to return it. They will not send a return label. On about $100 worth of clothes they offered me $30. Told me they only refund for defective clothes. Would not let me return for wrong size. I will just gift the clothes and never buy from these people again.

The swimsuit I ordered was not a typical medium size, and the bottom/top swimsuit didn’t match. The return address on the package said CA yet when I contacted them regarding a return they didn’t want to do a return and then said I needed to return the item to Dubai! Not good customer service or products! Do not use this company-it’s a scam!

I ordered a swimsuit in my size. i received it in a very timely manner. The bottoms fit but are so thin it is not wearable in any setting. The bottom is totally see through. The elastic around the legs is also so thin, it does not hug your leg like a normal swimsuit. The top is better quality, but it is not the correct size. I ordered to their measurement sizing scale. I emailed them how to return and they did respond that they would compensate me $11.00. This does not cover even the cost of shipping, let alone their product. I emailed them back with no response yet. This is very poor quality and not worth a dime. It now makes sense as to why they will not show the swimsuit from the back view. Will not shop with company again. I wrote a review on their web, and they took it down, and only show their positive reviews.
