I was hoping for a free virtual card but in dollars it cost alot ( the currency i use is ZAR) wondered why I had to fund my card when I can so it later

Please let us know your order number and last 4 digits of your card, we will definitely check why your card is not working. Again, the virtual card doesn't work at money transfer , crypto currency, gambling and to some other restricted sites. Maybe you tried to use the card at one of these sites. Also you have to use this card from USA.
