They sent me a product which does not fit my van although I bought it directly from them and mentioned my van model. Whether there is a manufacturing flaw or wrong product. The holes does not align with the holes in the van. User manual is poor and some washers does not fit. You need to buy extra stuff as the nuts they provided is not the same size of the nuts in the van. I sent them an email. Let see what happens next.

Unfortunatly they sent me the wrong swivel plate. I had to send it back at my own costs (90 euros!) et when they sent the right swivel plate they did it wrong and i had to pay a second time for customs fees, in the end i paid double price for that part, more than 600 euros instead of 390!!!!!

Beware I bought a double swivel chair and it arrived rusty then the holes never lined up it was a joke! Then came the non existent customer care !!!! NOTHING WORSE THAN A COMPANY THATS NOT GOT A CLUE BUT EVENTUALLY THESE REVIEWS WILL CATCH UP ON THEM

I found Customshop Designs by watching a YouTube video and was impressed with the ease of use in the video. I found them on EBay and placed an order. It stated that there was extra postage to deliver to Isle of Wight but came up free on the order. I phoned them and queried this with Vicky who said she would check for me and ring me back. She rang me back within 10 minutes and clarified that there was a £15 postage charge and sent me an invoice for it with the company BACS details. I proceeded with my order on EBay with the free delivery. I placed my order on Wednesday lunchtime and received the double swivel seat base for a 2012 Vauxhall Vivaro, as ordered, at lunchtime on Friday of the same week via DPD. The item is very heavy and I’m surprised that it only cost £15 in postage. The seat base is exactly as described in their advertisement and appears to be well constructed and is very easy to fit. Took me 30 minutes to take out the double seat and refit it with the double swivel base.

My V W Crater 2015 double seat swivel mount arrived damaged therefore the bolt mounts did not match up to secure the seat onto the swivel mount I contacted the seller by phone who advised that I elongate the securing hole with a dremmel or drill it and make it larger to accommodate the welded nut on the seat this obviously weakens the unit and altering it would affect the manufactures warranty when I requested an e mail to confirm what they told me on the phone they ended the call as they would not provide ant written confirmation of the verbal advice the seller would not confirm if this would affect my warranty or safety of the item nor would they assist with either a payment method and told me I would need to pay for it myself to have it altered at a local engineering shop custom shop support then advised to sent the item back to be repaired by themselves or to send out another swivel mount , this then involves taking a day off work for collection and another day off work for delivery as the courier states thet the item cannot be delivered without a signature the easiest solution was for me to get vehicle to a local workshop and have the welded nut on my seat removed and realigned re welded to suit the swivel mount at my own expense which took no more than an hour to complete customs shop would not assist with the fee although an invoice and photos can be provided customer after care is a disgrace with this company with the customer care ending the call when I asked her to proved an e mail to confirm that if I elongated the hole that my unit would be covered under warranty also note that no test report for the swivel in included only a photo on the e bay listing best avoided and find another reputable company

Poor product and ZERO customer service! T6 SWB Twin Slider Product took 10 days to arrive. Two halfs not the same size at joint AND door step over hang 6mm too much which would have fouled the plastic trim fitment. Took videos pictures of the problems and they stated they need one of the whole floor in one picture to offer any resolution. This would not have showed up the fault. I had done everything I could to show the but STILL NOT good enough. I trimmed and fixed as I could not afford any delays in fitment due a bed system due to be fitted the next day. Vicky in customer service put the phone down and could not understand anything. Shocking attitude from all at Custom Shop Designs. Better off cutting your own floor at half the price. Such a bad experience!
