Custom PensReviews of custompens.com

Keychains.co made the customized keychains and the result was awesome.

Responsive and fair pricing. Quality is great too.

Great product and fast delivery. Judy was awesome to work with, very responsive, and even helped with a last minute adjustment to my order. All while ensuring it got to my door on the exact day I needed it. Great job! We plan to use them again!

Customer Service - EXCELLENT!!! This company was thorough in making sure you received the product you wanted and dreamed of!

I have been sending my draft challenge coin designs to Landy of GS-JJ for several months now. Working with Landy has been FANTASTIC!! Landy is EXTREMELY Customer-Oriented and our coordination is always goes very smoothly. From initial draft artwork submission, editing and approval, to creating the final product Landy is THE BEST! I am ALWAYS PLEASED with the coins!!

Unfortunately I can't review the product as I needed something specific in a time crunch and what I ordered ended up being out of stock. However, I would shop here again. Fay was quick in responding to get me a proof and help me out with canceling when the order couldn't be completed as submitted. I'm disappointed what I wanted wasn't available but good customer service is more important and wins buyer loyalty.

They did an amazing job with our custom patches

GS-JJ.com worked well with me whilst designing the coin and was very accommodating. Communication was good, the price competitive and quality very high. Landy helped and maintained comms throughout ensuring smooth design, payment and delivery.
