I received a set of pens from Custom Pens (Jenny), and I’m very impressed! The pens write smoothly and feel great in hand—perfect for everyday use and giveaways. What made the experience even better was the excellent customer service from Jenny. She was responsive and ensured everything went smoothly. I highly recommend both the product and the service!

Penny made this a wonderful experience for me and my company. She was always in contact when I needed her, and she was extremely helpful when I had any questions. Our approval process can take a lot of time, and she was extra patient with me.

I worked with Cathy. She contacted me shortly after placing my order. She was quick to respond to all of my questions and helped me tweak the proof. The pens came out exactly as advertised and exactly like the proof! The quality of the pens are great and write extremely smoothly - these are now the nicest pens I own! I've given out a bunch within the first week of receiving them and everyone LOVES them. I only found one dud in the order (the touch stylus didn't work, but the pen worked fine), but they sent me many extras. I just placed an order for 1000 more!
