Mario is patient and understanding. The final product is of great quality and price

Great value, price, quality and speed of delivery. Will order more in the future.

I had an excellent customer experience, and their agent- Liz- was beyond helpful and prompt making sure that all of my questions and issues were resolved. All of my expectations as a customer were met and exceeded by the helpfulness and efficiency of their team and I couldn’t be happier!

My experience was phenomenal thanks to the attentiveness of Kalyn. Responsive, transparent, urgent, and patient! I was so impressed that I promised to be a returning customer. I wore my pin for the first time last Thursday and received many compliments. Thanks for bringing my design to life and not making me upset in the process! That’s rare these days! I appreciate the level of care I received.

Awesome service by our sales representative - Judy. Pin design was exactly what we envisioned, cost was great, and pins arrived quickly...even several days earlier than expected.

Outstanding service with an end product that surpassed expectations. Amanda was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I will be reaching out to her for my next order.

Beautiful product and excellent service My organization ordered several soft enamel pin designs to commemorate milestone anniversaries in our community. Nancy was so helpful -- from her color suggestions to her patience and the photos she sent prior to production so we'd know exactly how the pins would look. Our members were delighted with their gifts and so were we!

Evelyn is great! Very professional and knowledgeable.
