Custom PensReviews of custompens.com

Cathy, excellent service and attention. All my doubts resolved and the result exceptional. The delivery dates were met, congratulations!

I placed my order a bit last minute and needed them by a certain date and Judy was more than helpful when it comes to processing my order. She responded super quickly and was super resourceful, to the point that she made sure we fully completed the confirmation (that I almost skipped to save time) so we could rush production the next morning. Overall, it was such a pleasant experience to work with Judy and I’d love to work with her again if given the chance.

Julice was/is amazing. Help was readily available throughout the whole proof to production process with VERY timely communication and proficiency.

This was my second order of pins as I was very happy with the quality and service provided. Cathy took care of the order both times. She was very helpful, answering my question quickly and offering great support. We gift the pins out at robotics events and have gotten many compliments. We took advantage of the promotion on the pens and gifted them to the Gravity team members. They love them and continue to be distracted by their many features.

Easy process and the customer service representative Liz was great!!!

Great service fast replies.

Eva did an excellent job with fantastic art, responsiveness, and customer service. I will be a return customer.

Update: customer service reached out and made it right. I appreciate that. Would recommend custom pens. First of all Fay was excellent with the process of ordering the pens. They shipped quickly and the personalization was correct. Secondly I was so disappointed in the pens. For $188 for 50 pens I was expecting the quality to be better. The Promo Metal Click Ballpoint Pen With Grip was not a professional sleek (nice) pen. I was also expecting a heavier pen. I like to write w pens with some weight to them. These were very light especially for a metal pen. I wanted to love these but it just did not meet my expectations.
