Super easy process. Landy made sure everything was perfect, and shipping was fast.

Custom Pens was wonderful to work with. They just grabbed my order and ran. They moved so fast I could not believe it. They gave me several options within 24hours and they were very detailed and helpful in helping me make a decision about my lapel pens. Once I made the approval-they had the product shipped out and sent me a tracking number to quick-seriously, they are NO JOKE fast. Morry managed my project through the end then once i received the pens, Morry followed up to see if I liked them. Wonderful customer service. Thanks guys for a very professional and LIGHTENING SPEED experience.

Morry was there for me from start to finish. I'm very pleased with the options and willingness to work with me to accommodate my budget. Thank you Morry, you're a rock star!

I received the pins yesterday and I’m truly blown away by how good they are. I knew it would be good, but not this good. Delivery was also much quicker than I expected, I can’t thank you enough for the service, support and friendliness I received. I will be back for more when I’m nearly out! Ingrid was exceptional, superbly friendly and made the experience so easy

Vivi was great and very responsive!

Great working with Nancy! Everything turned out perfect.

Great job on the patch! Took a chance and I’m so glad I did. Will definitely use them again in the future. Excellent craftsmanship! Well done.

Our rep Morry was so helpful and responsive. We got several proofs super quick (when we changes our minds) and the product arrived very quickly (even with it being the holiday season. Already recommended Morry to a friend for their team event.
