Adam at Custom Lane Packaging was wonderful to work with. I ordered 200 tuck end soap boxes in black matte with gold foil for a wedding. I had never ordered boxes before so this was very new to me and I was so worried about them not being perfect for my client. Adam was patient with my last minute requests for changes to my proof and was very responsive throughout the whole process. Once I approved my proof and paid, my order went right into production and the boxes were delivered a couple of weeks later. I did have a slight delivery delay due to DHL once at the local facility, but this was not the fault of Customer Lane Packaging and Adam helped resolve it. I was so excited to see the final product and the boxes are even more beautiful than I had hoped for and the quality is great. I wish I could upload a picture of them for others to see. The price was also very reasonable compared to quotes from other vendors. I’m so happy I chose Custom Packaging Lane and I won’t hesitate to use them again the next time I need packaging. Thanks!
