Custom Lux PCsReviews of customluxpcs.com

Pat was very helpful through the whole process, i spent about a week doing my research before i decided to order the pc and he was very open to let me know how things work. In the end the pc was shipped within a week of my order, and everything has been great since i got it. Great customer support and communication

If you want a high end PC for a more than reasonable price, CustomLux is the place to get it. I got a high pc for only 1450 and this thing is high functioning, has cool aesthetic and very pleasing to look at on my desktop. The best thing is I didn’t assemble a thing, I opened the box and got straight to playing on it. No hassle at all if you’re someone like me with no knowledge or experience with computers. For my first PC I know this was a great investment and is a machine that will last me forever.

Pat was absolutely amazing. He came directly to our location and suggested a simple but brilliant fix for our server fan by adding tape — a solution that finally resolved an issue we had been dealing with for months. He was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and a genuine pleasure to work with. I highly recommend his services 100%.

Patrick delivered sooner than expected an amazing high-end computer to me. In the development I’m doing I ran more than 30 machine learning algorithms, including several neural networks, transformers, etc., in an ensemble plus a LLM with 70 billion hyperparameters that between them load 160 tensors using both GPUs that used to take about 20 minutes to run in my old PC tower. In this new computer took only 1 minute and 10 seconds! Amazing!

I recently received my custom PC from Pat, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. He responded quickly to every question I had and gave helpful, straightforward advice as I worked through the different build options. His recommendations pointed me toward parts that gave great performance and value without being overkill. The finished build arrived in perfect shape, and it’s been running flawlessly ever since with zero issues. I’m really pleased with how it turned out and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pat to anyone looking for a solid custom PC builder. Great work all around.

Absolutely wonderful customer service!! Any question I had was answered quickly and explained to where a non computer person could understand it. lol once delivered my son was able to contact him an he directed my son on how to install it!! Freaking awesome! So satisfied would order again!

I was skeptical buying from this site at first, but after talking with the owner about some of my favorite video games, I figured they could be trusted so I took the plunge and bought one of their dual 3090s custom workstation PC. Part of me was thinking, I would get scammed but the other part of me said, whatever. So I bought it and then after a smooth week or less, the PC was here at my house and I've had no issues with it. Also there was some random guy on Reddit that said not to trust them for some reason, but I'm pretty sure at least one person has said this about every company out there. I will now, as a man of my word, recommend this company to all my friends who are in need of a professionally made custom PC.
