Custom Lux PCsReviews of customluxpcs.com

Would not trust anyone else to build my gaming pc. 100% flawless. From ordering, to delivery, to after care. Can't recommend Pat any higher. If you want a personalized pc building experience n go with Custom Lux PCs.

I’ve been working with Custom Lux PCs for the last 3 years and I can speak very highly of Patrick and their attention to customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a custom PC to go with Custom Lux PCs. Recently I broke the glass on my desktop case and Patrick immediately coordinate a replacement and it was a smooth process and this was all done “at cost”.

Custom Lux PCs is solid. I provided a specification for what I needed. They came back with "we can do that" and offered some ranges as they knew what was best for my use case. Googling around, they were right. I went with their proposed tweaks to the design. 2 weeks later -- a beautiful machine that "just worked", no hassle. The team is responsive and straightforward.

I don't leave reviews often, but Pat at Custom Lux earned one I couldn't skip. I came in having done serious homework — compared multiple custom builders, got competing quotes, knew exactly what I wanted. Pat didn't flinch. He matched the spec, upgraded the case, absorbed the CPU swap, and came in at a price that was barely above what the components cost me to verify at retail. Transparent, no games. Then the machine arrived with a hardware fault on the motherboard. Here's where most builders would have repaired and reshipped. Pat didn't just fix it — he upgraded the board entirely to a Gigabyte B850 AI TOP (a better board than what was originally speced), added a second Gen 5 NVMe drive I had been considering, and sent it back. No charge. No argument. Just "here's something better." When it arrived the second time, Pat stayed on remote support through my entire setup day. BIOS configuration, RAM retraining behavior on a 256GB DDR5 install, X3D Gaming Mode quirks, display issues — he walked through all of it with me in real time until the machine was stable and benchmarked. Cinebench R23 multi-core came in at 40,698. Top of the leaderboard. This is what buying from a real builder looks like. Pat knows the hardware at a level that most shops don't, communicates like a person, and stands behind his work when something goes wrong. If you're serious about what you're building, Custom Lux is the call.

Fast communication, Great deals on pc , Free shipping , good warranty everything you can ask for a great price on gaming Pc’s

I would highly recommend Custom Lux PCs and I plan to purchase from them again! I needed a powerful AI workstation for R&D work within my business, and though it would have been cheaper to build myself, I quickly knew I was in over my head for the hardware side. Not only did Custom Lux PCs help me navigate this major purchase, they were incredibly responsive throughout the entire process and even steered me towards less expensive options that better fit my needs. Once it arrived, it was simple to setup and I was able to immediately start building with my new machine. I'm 100% going back when I make a personal purchase for a gaming PC.
