I got my first gaming computer from Pat at Custom Lux PCs about 2 years ago and ran into some issues setting it back up after moving out-of-state. Pat was a text and a 10 minute wait for response away! To my disbelief, he remotely fixed my issue in less than 15 minutes! Pat is a solid PC builder with fair prices and top quality service. He is very knowledgeable and will work with you on specs to get exactly what you are looking for. UPS had it delivered with the bottom of the box open and I thought it was broken for sure, so glad I was wrong because Pat had it fully encased, bubble wrapped packed and the inside component's protected with foam and wrap. Setting it up was easy with the QR code in the box that shows how to get the PC set up. He even went above and beyond when I told him my concerns about the power supply he made sure I had peace of mind. All around great guy and will definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get a PC even if you have no knowledge on what you are looking for. 10/10 would come back again.

Great customer service. When i received my PC it was not working and they went above and beyond to make it right. I ended up having to take it to a local technician who was unable to repair it so i sent it back shipping paid by custom lux they fixed it and sent it back to me and it works perfectly. They went above and beyond and were very kind to deal with.

I had this vendor build a PC for me 3 years ago. I recently ran into an issue with the PC I caused. He responded right away, came to my house, picked up my PC, and installed the necessary new hardware. This is an amazing vendor and I will never use another in the future. I am so thankful to have found this vendor

Excellent product, even better support. The PC is extremely well built and the customer service is as good as it get. Patrick even helped me solve setup issues that were cause by my own shifting priorities after the PC was delivered. This is actually a 5 start review, like *perfect* service. Like 2-3 minute response time over text to the guy from the guy that runs the place. Personally kept me up to date on a shipping delay on UPS’s side, looked at my picture of the last couple things I had to do before first post. Literally the best IT experience I’ve had

This was a big impulse buy for me, wasn’t in the market or anything. And I have no regrets, my system is amazing. Well put together and no issues. I’ll admit I was a little concerned about having PC shipped. When I received it was so well packaged very efficiently with no damage. Also customer support is top tier. Thank Customer Lux team
