Custom Lux PCsReviews of customluxpcs.com

great costumer service, helped me with everything i needed and helped me even weeks after the PC arrived.

Amazing experience and absolute gentleman. Very friendly and patient with the whole process.

I was in the market for a trading computer. I came across Pat's site and sent him an email to ask a few questions. He responded quickly and answered all of my questions- even pointing out options I did not need and how to save money. The computer arrived quickly and works perfectly. I recommend Custom Lux PC without reservation. Great quality equipment and great service.

Definitely would recommend Custom Lux! Our company was in a pinch, and Pat went to great lengths to ensure we could find a quick solution for some higher-end devices made for ML processing. The initial issue was resolved and as such we didn't end-up purchasing, but the interaction was a pleasant experience. Pat was very professional and fast to communicate, spoke with one of our engineers long after business hours where he provided professional knowledge to ensure we found the best solution, and was willing to work with our tight time constraint. He knows his stuff and you can feel his passion for what he does through his interactions.

Pat was very responsive in the whole process. I got 2 computers done recently from him. Quick turnaround and professional service

Pat from Custom Lux PCs went above and beyond! He not only sent personal texts thanking me for my order, but he also sent pictures of the PC once it was finished. He is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The PC arrived on time as promised. It was packaged wonderfully to keep all the parts safe during shipping. This computer is incredible! Pat even personally followed up with me once the PC was delivered to make sure we didn’t have any questions. I would highly recommend purchasing from this company!

Better than every other. Competition doesn't stand a chance when people realize what Custom Lux is bringing to the table 💪

My order had a little bit of trouble with payment as one of the pay methods trapped the funds in limbo Pat was very helpful and we worked together to eventually resolve the issue and from there on the build was finished fast and received the build within 2 weeks! The PC works great and was everything I could of hoped for, despite to the unfortunate start, I would definitely recommend Custom Lux to any potential buyer
