Custom Logo Expert have built my company website After the website was built and went live they started demanding money for more services like Admin account, SEO service. I paid for SEO service, but instead of providing the service, they have said that the search engine should optimize itself as users start using it. They then demanded more money for Admin account so I can have access, while I am the legal owner of the website having paid for the service to build the website, they are asking for more money so I can have Admin access. Now they are saying there is an issue in CRM form and in order to fix it I need to pay money. I have already paid money for website and they constantly find new ways to ask for money. When I denied to pay the money, they have threatened to bring the website down and also sell my company logo to auction for which I have already paid money. My company website has been brought down which is impacting my business. This is unacceptable for any business and very unethical.
