Richard was very helpful in helping me find a Health Plan when we relocated to Dallas/FW. I was retired, but not eligible for Medicare at the time. His expertise of the Health insurance business and the insurance laws, was a huge asset to finding the right Health Plan. Professional, Knowledgeable, Responsive and Friendly! Thanks Team!
