Placed zipper in front of of cushion instead of back and stuck a huge label Marring the cushion as well - order diagran clearly has back marked. Shipping also misleading - take your money and sit on it for two mmonths - order placed in august and recd yesterday mid october after a promised 15 day turnaround

I ordered cushions and the were not only late but bad craftsmanship. They look nice on the outside but if you unzip and take cushion cover off to hand wash or clean them they will fall apart . They are single stitch no surging to prevent fabric from running . It’s horrible and would not return my money . Horrible business . Anyone can do what this company does because it’s not anything special especially in their sewing ! They need to go back to school and learn to surge and do customs stitches to provide quality product and learn textiles so they know what products can run and loose threading.

I just received my new Cushions for our Deck Chairs. They Are Awesome!!!!! I couldn't be happier! They do excellent Quality work. Attention to detail is impressive!! I don't think you can get this Quality anywhere else. I had three Leather Couch cushions redone about two years ago and they were the same excellent quality. It proves their quality has not fallen. Don't waste your time at other shops....

I just placed an order for customized outdoor seat cushions, which this merchant shipped in two separate shipping boxes. The cardboard shipping boxes were completely inadequate for the size and weight of the cushions packed into these shipping boxes. One box arrived completely ripped apart and 3 of the 5 cushions were missing. The merchant won't communicate.
