Two Orders, Two Disputes — Very Disappointing Experience
The first time I ordered from this company, the items were out of stock, and instead of issuing a refund, they added a store credit to my account. I requested a full refund, but ultimately had to file a dispute with my credit card company to resolve it. Five years later, I placed another order and unfortunately had a similar experience. The wrong size items were sent, and I was asked to pay for overseas return shipping in order to receive the correct size. This resulted in another credit card dispute, along with formal complaints to the BBB and the Attorney General. Based on my experiences, I would not feel comfortable ordering from this site again.
