Ich versuche schon lange Kontakt aufzunehmen. Leider vergebens! Möchte eine Retoure machen und bekomme keine Antwort wo ich diese hinsenden soll!

Worst company to buy a faja you clinic the “link” on TikTok n receive a completely different faja that didn’t even have a zipper in the bottom waste of money for sure NEVER AGAIN

They take too long to arrive, my order is almost 15 days old and there is no movement

I paced an order in April. They took my money and after waiting two weeks I finally messaged them asking for an update. They told me the item I wanted was in limited stock. But if I wanted to change the color they could ship it out. So I said ok. The color wasn’t a big deal. Another week and it finally says shipped. Another two weeks I finally received my item. So I waited over a month for one thing. When I did receive it, it was the wrong size. It was two sizes smaller than what I ordered. But the bag it came in was the correct size. So I messaged them letting them know what happened. Instead of offering to replace the item. They said I could keep the item and offered me a discount (20%). I said I would rather have the correct item. I didn’t want a discount. They messaged me again offering me (30%) So basically if I wanted what I ordered I would have to pay for it again. Why would I pay for it again. Your factory made the mistake. It was not an error on my part. Utterly ridiculous. I will never shop from them again. I urge others to avoid at all cost. I will be disputing the transaction with my bank. Edit: After much back and forth, they will be resending the item I originally purchased.

Bad bad bad… 😡 Don't buy a bad company here. My item arrived damaged, I said I wanted a return, I sent an email. They sent me an email to say that they are from China and the return would be more expensive and they offered me 30%. Obviously I don't accept it. I said I wanted a full refund because I don't want a damaged item and they didn't respond😡😡 I’m very angry

I have tried to contact to return my order. I e emailed and also tried the number listed. Several times I have tried them. No response yet. Bad customer service.
