Just received three items from this company and the quality is really poor and one item was not even in a plastic bag to protect itq within the parcel. I am returning all three items but having read the reviews I probably will struggle to get my money back. No where in the parcel does it tell you how to return an item and I am so disappointed with the quality of the products. I will never order from this company again

Ordered a corset and the quality was…
Ordered a corset and the quality was terrible, tried to return because their policy states that you can return within 30 days and when I emailed for the shipping label the gave me all the excuses in the world and said that their warehouse is in china and that I wouldn’t be able to get a refund. I just wanted my money back and give them their terrible quality corset back.

I made a big mistake by ordering from…
I made a big mistake by ordering from this company and I gave my address, everything is correct, they took it the item to a wrong address. And I have drove 20 minutes, getting there the manager checked it, it was delivered yesterday, but under my name and some one else name too, and the manager didn’t gave it to me because someone else name is on the page too, I have been sending emails to them & they are not responding to my email any more. Please my advice to anyone thinking about buying anything from this company, please don’t do it, their customer service is very bad and all they care about is to get your money and after they get your money, they don’t care if you got your order or not, I think they should be closed down.

Late, wrong color, used
It took 2 months to get here . It was a different color that what I had ordered. It was orange instead of red . It also came in used ! With a stain . I already contacted email support but still no help. This is a scam don’t waste yall time and money

Stellen sich Quer bei Retoure…
Stellen sich bei Retoureangelegenheiten quer. Man sollte nur bestellen, wenn man sich sicher ist, dass man die Teile behalten will. Mir hat die Qualität nicht zugesagt und beim Versuch in 2 Bodys rein zu kommen sind mir 2 Nägel abgebrochen und ich musste Hilfe rufen um wieder raus zu kommen, da die Bodys keinen Reißverschluss o.ä. an der Seite haben. (Ich habe eine normale Figur, 34-36, weshalb ich mich frage, wie es kurvigere Frauen handhaben sollen). Es hat mir also 0% zugesagt und bei der Anfrage zur Retoure wurde mir gesagt, dass die Retoure Kosten zu hoch sind und ich soll doch Freunde fragen, ob jemand das haben möchte. Ich würde dafür auch Rabatt bekommen… finde diesen Vorschlag richtig frech und wenn die Retoure Kosten zu hoch sind dann bietet keine Lieferung nach Deutschland an!

The delivery time on your website and at Checkout is inaccurate and quite irritating. When it does eventually arrive, even if fitted well, I would not be ordering from here again.
