Beware this retailer even though I actually like Cure & purchased a package of 6 which is an expensive purchase for me. Unfortunately I accidentally threw out a small empty bottle needed to attach the needle screw on cap - which makes the entire kit kind of useless to me. The review is 2 stars because I contacted the company and ask to BUY a replacement empty container needed to use their system & they simply responded, "No" No discussion, no suggestions. This company apparently does not support their product or their customers. Beware of this company & be very certain you make no mistakes because there will be no assistance even when offering to pay for a small empty glass container needed to use an expensive item. My experience with Cure Hydration has been outstanding, especially in contrast to my disappointing experience with their partner, Tapjoy. Cure Hydration's response to a problematic situation was exemplary and truly a masterclass in customer service. After facing issues with Tapjoy, who failed to deliver on a promised reward and provided inadequate support through a chatbot, I was understandably frustrated. However, when I reached out to Cure Hydration regarding this issue, they immediately refunded my money without question. Their prompt and no-hassle response was impressive and demonstrated a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction. This experience not only resolved my immediate concern but also significantly enhanced my perception of Cure Hydration. Their swift and positive action turned a negative situation into a positive one. As a result, I subscribed to their services, impressed by their dedication to their customers. Cure Hydration stands out as a company that values its customers and takes responsibility for their experiences, even when the issue originates from a partner company. Their approach to customer service is commendable, and I highly recommend them for their integrity and quality service.
