No Quality Control.
I placed a test order from this company for one lucite handrail, cut to custom length, both ends polished. The cut edges arrived chipped, ends were not polished, length was scratched in numerous places. It's unusable. There's been no response from CR. That's $190 wasted. The 10 days for regular delivery was appropriate.
