This website is simply too expensive—a single message costs nearly €5 (10 credits). Seriously? About 80% of the profiles are models who are online 24 hours a day, and some ages don't match the photos at all; you can safely assume the only thing they're after is your money (€€€).

Settings are split across several different menus which makes them hard to find

I joined this dating site on a night that I was feeling lonely and wanted to maybe find a connection. I have been a widow now for just over a year, we had 19 glorious years together and he was taken from me suddenly. I am missing that person being in the same room with me. So I answered the questions and my profile was up, in two days however I ended up spending over £300 to just speak with people, look at their photos and it was not worth it!!!! Found out yesterday that someone asked me what my real name was, they all put up fake names because another man messaged me with the name Jose but he told me in the mail that his name was Nelson. Another asked me what my real name was....I was honest, above board and thought this site was as well. I now realize and feel that it is being run not from the US as it says, but it is actually being run from Cyprus. They said when I complained that everyone goes through photo verification, emails and etc., this is not the case and I called them on that and they wrote back that is because I was just a regular user and not one of the high profiles ones....again, lies. I honestly think they are using vulnerable emotions and playing on those using Bots and AI to keep people talking and spending money when none of it is real. When I said to one that I would prefer to speak through email he said something to the effect "I have talked to you about security and I cannot come out of this app".....thought about this after and that did not make any sense to me as we had never discussed anything of the sort. The Bot slipped up there. I am going to be sharing this far and wide about this site, DO NOT USE IT!!!! ALL FAKE, ONLY THERE TO PLAY ON YOUR EMOTIONAL SIDE AND SPEND LOTS OF MONEY!!!! At the end of the day felt like I was paying for a gigolo....but in the end if that was the case at least I might have met a live breathing man!! Not an AI or robot!! Avoid this site at all costs, or you will find your bank balance dwindling and think that you are actually speaking with REAL MEN or in a man's case, REAL WOMEN....but then I am real and my profile was real. Live and Learn the hard way. WILL NOT BE JOINING ANY OTHER SITES, this was enough.

Your customer service is always repeating themselves and secondly when a customer is honor something u should be like ok I will take care of it not go ooh due to the system we can’t do it it feel like the customers is losing money and gettin rip off on there service why should they pay money into a service that is not one honoring what the customer wants

The bigger credit packs bareely save you anything per credit, not great value overall.

Unable to communicate outside the site to make any kind of connection most are from another country and I think it’s just a money scam either way company making all the money and pouring women in this site to pay! Now it’s all so genetated bull crap
