I live in the uk and found them very helpfull
Found them very helpfull in finding the item I needed it tuck two weeks to get here but that's not there fault due to distance and customs clearance, item was very reasonable, I would use again in the future.

Good experience
Their price was excellent. I ordered and got the confirmation email, but then no word on shipment. This is a reputable company so I was never worried, but I wanted to know what was up. It took two emails from me to get through to them, and then I heard from a nice person in customer service (working on a holiday!) who explained that the item was out of stock but was expected to ship in 3 weeks. In fact I received shipment the following week, so all is well. I will definitely order from this company again.
