Great from start to finish.
I had an excellent experience with Culinary Depot from start to finish. I searched on line for a faucet and when I didn't see exactly what I wanted, I called customer service who quickly directed to me to what I had in mind. I made an error when ordering, clicking the order two times and accidentally ordering two faucets. I discovered my error just as the faucets were to be shipped. Customer service was able to catch the order and correct it before it was shipped, saving me from the time of returning the second faucet. The faucet is exactly as I had hoped it would be. We've installed it and are very happy with it!
