We apologize for any photo or story that may have caused negative feelings, as we do not have any intention of causing harm to our donors. Our mission is to help our rescue partners raise awareness of the animals they intake by being 100% transparent with our community on the animal's condition. We want to showcase the animal's conditions at time of rescue, as well as their recovery process, and needs.

Concerning the tipping feature, we implemented this option to help keep our platform completely free for shelters and rescues to use. That being said, the tip feature is also 100% optional.
