Update
I've been a contributor to Cuddly many times. I don't like the updates where you can't see any information about the animal. I don't see the update and won't contribute until I can see the updates.

CUDDLY is a for-good, for-profit organization with a mission to be the champion of animals in need. We do this by directly providing tools and resources to support animal welfare organizations worldwide. The CUDDLY platform empowers animal welfare organizations to create fundraisers and wishlists in order to raise funds and receive donated supplies for animals who desperately need help. In turn, donors from all over the world can make a difference by donating to a specific animal or organization. It is CUDDLY's mission is to help save as many animals through community, innovation, and creativity.

We love what Cuddly is all about and the care for animals who need it, would love pictures of what is bought for a particular animal with that animal. It would just be nice to receive feedback on the contributions made and how that is helping that animal..

I’ve donated ~30 times to Cuddly to help comfort a hurting pup, and I’m very happy to help a pup in need and commend Cudfly for their work. BUT, Cuddly claims they send emails when my gift is received but they never do. I get an immediate receipt saying, “Thanks for your donation” but I never know if my pup has actually received my specific donation which is not cash, it’s food or toy or medicine or a blanket. I’d like to know that my gift has gone to the pup I’ve designated but Josh at Cuddly keeps telling me, “There’s a glitch in our system and we’re working on it.” For months they’ve been working on it and I still don’t know where my gifts are going. My heart wants to know my pups are being helped by my gifts.

What you do is amazing, but having worked in animal rescue and rehab for over 50 years, there are supplies available at lesser costs.

I love the page you produced but I would.like to see your reach to get donations from your viewers who are not the rescues volunteers.....lets see if rescue can cultivate other streams of money other than their own people

I donated for a pittie who needed surgery to remove a huge growth on his bottom lip.Since then I have gotten 3-4 emails a day if not more asking for money. I know all the babies they tell me about needs help, it breaks my heart that I can't help them all! I am retired and live on a limited income, I can send a little now and then but that's all. Not only do I have my expenses but I also have a kitty who has needs too. Other than that I think the work they do is wonderful and deserves 5 stars. I just wish I could do more...

YOU DO NOT FOLLOW UP ON A MONTLY BASIS ABOUT HOW MUCH YOU HAVE ACHEIVED THE ORGANIZATIONS GOALS.. I would like a monthly email sent to me with this informaiton and also with some ;POSIITIVE OUTCOMES..

Would rather have more of an opportunity to donate cash as many of the rescues need medical attention rather than blankets and leashes. Also once you buy something you get an email every day with another dog needing help.
